(More customer reviews)it is a great nights sleep for camping! I have used this both for a night of car camping and for a weekend in the old tent. It's the ease and quality you expect from Coleman. I really liked the fact that you can adjust the length. I have a Mazda5 and so needed to leave it shorter to avoid closing it in the door and popping it like the last mattress. In the tent with plenty of room to spread out I filled it all the way. I am not a small person and I found the mattress wide enough to be totally comfortable. So far I have nothing negative to say and I look forward to many more adventures.

(More customer reviews)We have used this product for over a year - several times for camping, and other times for people who slept over at our home. At first, it was a really good bed but over time, it quickly disintegrated. The speaker went out first, the pump was not pumping as fast or as effectively, and finally, there were leaks. I can't complain too much because it lasted for awhile and we paid only $40 at the time. At final count, this puts us at approximately $3 each night before it went to air mattress heaven. Not bad. I got enough use out of it to make that purchase worth while. Still, I think I will move on to something sturdier and less likely to fall apart after a year (and past that warranty, no less!).

I was concerned that her weight which is over 200 lbs would be a problem. Man this bed performs. I have never written one of these reviews and to be honest I hesistated after reading negative reviews. What realize now is that disatisfied people are much more likely to write something and the many more satisfied customers have moved on to enjoy their purchase. This bed is worth every penny and performs exactly as described.

(More customer reviews)After researching many of the other more expensive, self-inflating air beds, I decided to purchase the Coleman 4-in-1 Quickbed for overnight guests. It's less than half the price of an average twin size Aero Bed and much more versatile as it can be configured as two twins, one king, or one double-height twin. You do need to buy a separate pump, but the Coleman pump is inexpensive and can be used for other inflating/deflating purposes (e.g., pool toys, vaccuum storage bags, etc.). Each mattress inflates and deflates in just a couple minutes, and it's quite easy to roll it up for storage. It's comfortable both as a single matress or double height. I ended up buying a second 4-in-1 Quickbed, so now I can accommodate up to 4 overnight guests for less than $100. I can't vouch for how long it will last, but even if it sprung a leak after a couple years of periodic use, it would still be worth it at this low price.

(More customer reviews)If you are looking for a bed you can take with you camping in the summer and to relatives homes any time of the year, this bed works fairly well for short term use and is a quick and cheap solution. I find the Coleman beds last quite a long time, even though you will eventually find yourself on the floor due to the many problems that can occur with placing an airbed on the floor. For one, sharp objects will easily puncture the bed and this includes playful cats tossing about toys near the bed or like my cat loves to do, pushing a cat toy under the bed and retrieving it again.
I've lost two beds this way, but this can be solved by placing a thick mattress cover over the bed. Sharp objects under the carpet may also puncture the bed although this bed has an exclusive PVC and the airtight system is guaranteed not to leak. I find that we deflate this bed in the morning and inflate it again at night, so this isn't really a problem, although after two days, you may notice air has leaked out a little bit more than you expect.
The comfortsmart coil system helps the bed to conform to your body for better support, which means you might like this bed better than a regular mattress. In my short lifetime I've purchased quite a few of these beds and more expensive doesn't mean more comfortable. To be honest, this is more comfortable than the Aero beds with the pillow top.
If the bed looses air, you might want to take a look at the inflation instructions where it shows the internal seal and the internal yellow post and how you can completely seal the valve in a two-step process.
"Air temperature and weather do affect the air pressure in inflatable products. In cold weather your airbed will lose some pressure due to the fact that the air will contract."
So, to avoid this happening, we use a heating blanket on the bed.
One thing I will say about Coleman, they stand by
their warranty. With Aero, I found it difficult
to even return a bed or to find a return address
at their site.

it is attractive and as comfrotable as i imagine an airbed can be, though the pillows are kind of worthless and do leak for some reason.
it's not luxury but it's a great value. don't waste money on an electric pump. this one does the job.
