After reading reviews on Amazon/other sites for EZups, etc, I selected this Coleman tent for our week-long stay at the beach. It was the perfect addition to our trip! Comfortably sheltered 4 adults and 1 child, plus beach bags, mini-coolers, etc. (We had 6 adults and 2 children in our group, but everyone gathered under the tent at different times, so it was the perfect size--a bigger size would have been difficult to pack in the car.) The SPF 50 offered relief from the sun when we needed it, while allowing us to spend more time down by the water. The tent was also very sturdy even on extremely windy days when other beachgoers gave up on tents. It is very easy to set up with two people--guy lines come attached to secure against wind. It also comes with the 8 stakes you'll need. The wheeled carrying case was great and made for easy packing and unpacking with the expansion zipper. I was very pleased with this purchase--great quality product from Coleman and the lower price and free 2-day shipping from Amazon made it a no-brainer!

Whether you need a sun shelter for your tailgater or a moisture cover for your backyard BBQ, the Coleman 12-by-12 foot instant shelter is a perfect fit. The slant-leg shelter is sturdy and easy to set up, with a one-piece steel frame that's ready for use in only three minutes. More importantly, the shelter provides 81 square feet of shade, along with a generous center height of 9 feet 3 inches--more than enough for your party guests. And the shelter is as easy to take down as it is to put up, with Coleman's exclusive pushbutton release levers helping keep your fingers pinch-free. Made of heavy-duty 150-denier poly oxford material, the shelter is coated with an SPF 50-plus UV Guard protection for maximum sun safety.
About Coleman More than 100 years ago, a young man with an entrepreneurial spirit and a better idea began manufacturing lanterns in Wichita, Kansas. His name was W.C. Coleman, and the company he founded would change life in America. A man plagued with such poor vision he sometimes had to ask classmates to read aloud to him, Coleman saw a brilliant light in 1900 in a drugstore window that stopped him in his tracks. He inquired about the light inside and discovered he was able to read even the small print on a medicine bottle by the illumination. The lamps had mantles, not wicks, and were fueled by gasoline under pressure instead of coal oil. Soon afterward, Coleman started a lighting service that offered a "no light, no pay" clause--a big step forward for merchants who were burned by inferior products that rarely worked--and drew substantial interest from businesses that wanted to keep their lights on after dark.
In the ensuing years, Coleman expanded its product line well beyond lanterns. The company's current catalog is thick with products that make spending time outdoors a pleasure. There are coolers that keep food and drinks cold for days on end, comfortable airbeds that won't deflate during the night, a complete line of LED lights that last for years, powerful portable grills that cook with an authentic open-grill flame, and much, much more. Coleman has truly fashioned much of our outdoor camping experience, and expects to do so for generations to come.
