(More customer reviews)These are terrific stakes for backpacking or for general camping. At 0.5 oz each, they are very lightweight. The hexagonal shape makes them very strong, and the point makes them easy to drive into the soil. I used these for a 12-day backpacking trip in the New Mexico mountains (Philmont Scout Ranch), and they served quite well. No bent stakes, and they stayed driven into the ground.
I ordered 2 of the 100-packs for our Boy Scout troop; this was an excellent purchase! So, the stakes are great, and so is the price for this volume deal.
