(More customer reviews)im 6 ft and 234 lbs and it seems to have plenty of room and packs small i have not used it outside yet but if it will keep me warm summer camping i will be very happy it is kind of hard to get it back into the stuff sack. it is about 7 inches round and 13.5 inches long in the stuff sack with out useing the compression straps hope this helps
