(More customer reviews)First off, the tarp is completely worth the money. There are lesser tarps out there that might have a more appealing price tag but this tarp will stand up in the strongest winds. I went on a backpacking trip to Roan Mountain along the AT that is famous for high winds and freezing rain. I pitched this right on the side of the bald facing North to North East. That night through rain and wind the tarp completely kept me dry and out of the wind. My friends who were tent camping suffered water on the floor of the tent.
Cons: with only grommit loops on the corners and middle it can be difficult to keep low to the ground.
EXCELLENT TARP!!!

More and more hikers are going ultralight. That\'s why we chose now to introduce an ultralight tarp that we\'ve been brewing for quite some time. This simple shelter is engineered to perform. The edges have a slight catenary cut that helps keep the whole thing taut. The edges and center seam are bound with Tension Tape which allows the ultralight 30-D Sil Cordura Ripstop fabric to be stretched tight as a drum from eight points along the edge and one in the center. After setup, the corners can be tightened without re-tying. Comes with micro cordage and stuffs into it\'s own attached stuff sack. Weights include self storing stuff sack and guy lines (no stakes). Tension Tape and quick adjustment make the White Lightnin\' an ultralight tarp that\'s easy to pitch.
