(More customer reviews)We have a fixed awning over our deck. I'm not sure what the material is, but it looks synthetic. Anyway, it was leaking like a siv and causing the supports to the structure to generally look bad, rust, fill with water (and freeze) causing damage to the structure. I thought I was going to have to replace it.
I put a single coat of this stuff on the awning and it's like new. Very little water leaks in now. Most of the leaks are from spots I missed! I can't recommend this enough.
The only bad thing is that it smells aweful and probably should be applied wearing a paint mask. I applied this from an upstairs window and left the bedroom door open (oops). The whole house stunk for a day.
